- Please put your weights away after use.
- Enjoy your training.
- Remember that help and assistance is always nearby - just ask!
British All Round Competition 2022
Took place at the Haven Gym on Saturday, June 12th 2022.
Lifts were: Pullover & Press, Continental to Belt, and Stiff Leg Deadlift.
Enrty Fee was £20 payable by Bank Transfer or cash on the day.
